Randy Bradley, Founder, CEO and President

Randy is responsible for setting and managing the overall strategic direction of the company and for overseeing execution of the business plan. Randy has over twenty years of experience in the financial services sector, both as an industry distribution specialist and as the CIO and Operations Officer of Gruntal & Co., a mid-tier retail brokerage firm.

Thomas A. Olenzak, Chief Financial Officer

Tom manages all financial and administrative aspects of the company. He is responsible for designing the company's capital structure and strategy and oversees external financing activities. Tom Olenzak was a technology CEO himself and has almost twenty years of technology venture capital and investment banking experience.

Robert Aller, Chief Operating, Sales and Marketing Officer

Bob is responsible for the firm's marketing efforts and all client-focused communications. He supports the financial advisor on-boarding and adoption programs and oversees major partner programs. Bob Aller is a 20-year veteran of SEI, where he focused on marketing to Financial Advisors.

Dino Capone, Chief Information Officer

Dino manages the design, creation, and operations of the LCG customer-facing and back office platform. He manages the firm's information technology infrastructure and works directly with marketing and sales to help drive adoption methodologies. Dino has formerly held technical leadership positions in both early stage companies and large organizations such as the University of Pennsylvania Health System.

Kris Talsania, Vice President Operations

Kris is responsible for execution of on-boarding and marketing programs with Financial Advisors, and with managing integration of marketing and information technology initiatives.
