Life Management AdvisorTM has partnered with ElderCarelink to bring together a comprehensive Eldercare Referral Service for use with clients of financial advisors that have care related needs. ElderCarelink is the nation's largest online resource for families looking for eldercare assistance --- Providing thousands of eldercare referrals every month to families across the country. Now, through a relationship with Life Management AdvisorTM, the ElderCarelink service has been expanded to include access to professional care advisors who can assist families (via phone and/or email) after they've submitted their needs assessment.
How does it work?
Your clients submit an online Caregiver Needs Assessment survey. The Assessment provides important information that ElderCarelink utilizes in matching families with eldercare providers located in close proximity. An email is then sent to your client complete with contact information (phone numbers, email addresses and website information) with a list of matching providers in their desired location.
Your client will also be given access to an online directory and professional Care Advisors who can provide additional assistance via phone or email.
How much does it cost?
Your subscription to Life Management AdvisorTM allows you to deliver premier care advisory consultation services to your client at a discounted rate of $85.00 per hour. Care Advisors can help your clients better understand the myriad of issues and considerations surrounding care management service providers.
Is my clients' personal information safe?
At no time will your clients' personal information be shared with anyone other than ElderCarelink and and Life Management Advisor's Care Advisor. You and your clients are definiteIs my clients' personal information safe?

Are my clients required to call about the Caregiver Needs Assessment?
No. After your clients submit their Needs Assessment and they receive their customized matching results including a list of provider referrals, those providers will be in touch to help your clients. Your subscription to Life Management AdvisorTM allows you to deliver premier care advisory consultation services to your client at a discounted rate of $85.00 per hour. Care Advisors can help your client immediately after completing the Caregiver Needs Assessment.

The Caregiver Needs Assessment not only allows us to provide your clients with the most prompt response to their needs, but it is also identifies the key information which the Care Advisor needs to effectively assist your clients.

When are Care Advisors Available?
Care Advisors are available Monday through Friday from 9am ET to 7pm PT. If your clients call after hours or weekends, they can leave a message and a Care Advisor will be back in touch within one business day to address their information and referral needs.

Who are Care Advisors
Care Advisors are individuals who are well-versed in the subject of eldercare information and resources. The accredited individuals who staff the Care Advisor program call center are comprised of a wide range of skill sets from social workers, geriatric care managers, and nurses to counselors, occupational, rehab and physical therapists.
